Great item. Keeps my hot drinks warm for hours. Item arrived very fast.

A great mug. Easy 2 hold even when hot. I got 2 smaller ones, which hold the same as a medium crockery mug, I washed and stored them. I tightened the top 2 much ... hard to open. Seal is good but don't tighten too much - Be gentle even when you have coffee in it too. Doesn't leak, has a good seal. It stays hot for longer too. Smaller mug is a good size. The drinking hole in the lid IS ALWAYS OPEN - Don't let them fall over or bump them. Don't use in CAR unless you have cup holders.

A great mug. Drinking hole is always open - can't seal it. Smaller mug is a great size holds same as medium size coffee mug. Use in car only with cup / mug holders. Mug is cool to hold even with hot coffee in it. Lid seals onto mug with no leaking. My coffee stayed hot for about 20 to 25 minutes, then it was in my tummy.

Good condition. Good value. However the cats have the last word.
